Product description
Fiber To The Home Solution 1, 2, 4 Core Fiber Cable Drop GJXH
GJXH Cable is constructed with singlemode G652D or G657A fiber counts, which is ideal solution for optical fiber to the user (FTTH) network. It can alsp apply in indoor applications (FTTO,FTTB). Two parallel steel wire are placed at the two sides and ensure good performance of crush resistence to protect the fiber. The outer jacket is completed with black or white LSZH sheath.
Featured in butterfly-shaped and flat design, it obviously makse drop cable structure simple and light weight. Special low-bend-sensitivity fiber provides high bandwidth and excellent communication transmission property.
GJXH and GJXFH are both bow-type fiber drop cables, which play an important role in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) networks, mainly used for the last few hundred meters of connection from the fiber distribution point to the user's home. Although their basic uses are similar, there are still some key differences in design and performance, mainly reflected in the type of strength member and jacket material:
GJXH: Usually with metal strength member, which can be steel wire or steel tape, providing the cable with higher mechanical strength and stability. However, metal strength member may cause electromagnetic interference (EMI) or corrosion problems in some environments.
GJXFH: Use non-metallic strength member, the most common form is glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP). Non-metallic strength member avoids the EMI and corrosion risks that metal parts may bring, making the cable more suitable for use in complex or bad installation environments, such as inside buildings or near electronic equipment.
GJXH and GJXFH: Both may use low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin (LSZH) as the jacket material. This material produces less smoke when burned and is halogen-free, reducing the release of toxic gases, making it particularly suitable for indoor environments because it is safe for personnel and environmentally friendly.
GJXH: Due to the additional strength provided by its metal strength member, it may be more suitable for outdoor environments that require high mechanical stability, such as across buildings or in areas with high wind pressure.
GJXFH: The use of non-metallic strength member makes it lighter, easier to bend and install, and is particularly suitable for indoor wiring, such as laying through walls or in ceilings, and in environments sensitive to electromagnetic interference.
GJXH: Metal strength member may require more frequent inspection and maintenance to prevent corrosion or damage, especially in humid or dusty environments.
GJXFH: Non-metallic strength member reduce maintenance needs because they are not susceptible to corrosion, thereby reducing long-term operating costs.
