Product Description
GYTZA is a robust and versatile solution designed to meet the demands of outdoor communication networks, particularly in environments requiring flame-retardant performance. This cable features colored optical fibers housed in a loose tube made of high-modulus material, providing exceptional mechanical strength and hydrolysis resistance. The loose tube is filled with thixotropic gel, ensuring optimal fiber protection and water-blocking capabilities.
At the core of the cable is a metal strength member, which enhances the cable's tensile strength and structural stability. The loose tube and optional filling ropes are stranded around the central strength member, forming a compact, circular cable core. The interstices within the cable core are filled with water-blocking gel, providing a reliable barrier against moisture ingress.
A flame-retardant outer sheath, extruded over longitudinally wrapped coated aluminum tape, delivers superior fire resistance and environmental protection. This innovative design ensures the cable's safety and durability in challenging conditions, including areas with stringent fire safety requirements.
