Name: GYXTW Fiber Optical Cable
Optical Fibers (250μm) are encased within a high-modulus plastic tube that is in a loose state, ensuring flexibility as well as protection from mechanical stress.
The tube is totally packed with a particular type of compound that does not allow water to permeate through it.
PSP (Polyethylene Steel Tape) is used to encircle the tube in a longitudinal direction for reinforcement and protection.
Water-retaining material is then applied in between the PSP and the tube to retain compactness and water tightness.
Two steel wires in parallel have been used in cable sides to incorporate high strength and tensile.
In the final stage of this process, the cable will be covered with a strong sheath of polyethylene (PE) to make it more durable.
